Sewer Extension Agreement-  A sewer extension agreement is completed by a developer and/or individual wanting to construct a sanitary sewer main that will be dedicated to the SBWJA.  This agreement is completed prior to commencement of any construction. Agreement of Dedication - An agreement of dedication is executed by a developer and/or individual once the sewer facilities are constructed and the necessary documents are provided for the transfer of assets. To download the document, please access the following link Agreement of Dedication.pdf.
